If your child would like to participate in the Sponsored Bounce on Thursday 12th February, please return the completed Sponsor Form by the morning of Monday 9th February.  

This acts as permission for your child to take part.  No forms will be accepted on the day of the event.  

You are welcome to send in Sponsor money on 9th February, but if not forms will be returned to you after the bounce and we ask that you return all sponsor money by Friday 27th February please.  Thank you
