The NHS School Age Immunisation Service will be in school on Wednesday 18^th September to administer the annual Nasal Flu Vaccination to children. The vaccine helps protect against flu, which can be a serious or life-threatening illness. 

Please click the link below for the electronic form and information about the vaccine. Access to the form will close at 10am two working days prior to the session.
